Congratulations to Irrigear Lowood, winners of the Irrigear Member of the Year Award for 2022. 

Garry, Robyn, Ash and Lauren from Irrigear Lowood were honoured and proud to receive the Irrigear Member of the Year Award at the recent Irrigear National Conference in Melbourne. Irrigear Lowood has served its customers since 1994 and has consistently rated among the top Irrigear Member Stores. In fact, they won Member of the Year in 2018 and have been Finalists in many other years. Irrigear General Manager, Simon Treptow, praised the win: “Stores that win Irrigear’s Member of the Year, demonstrate a level of excellence across a wide range of measures relating to customer satisfaction, capability and professionalism. Irrigear Lowood is even more remarkable for being a multiple MOTY winner. It’s a real credit to the entire team”. Well done, Irrigear Lowood!

Recognition of Excellence.

Irrigear continually seeks to 'raise the bar' on professional standards and practices, by continual programs of training, information exchange, networking and review processes which recognise excellence.

Yearly, we celebrate the achievements of our 'Irrigear Family' through two major Awards – 'Member of the Year (MOTY)' and 'Supplier of the Year (SOTY)'. The winners are selected based on results of an annual appraisal process, that scores Members and Platinum Suppliers across a range of performance and industry criteria. This year’s Awards were announced in August 2023, at the Irrigear National Conference in Brisbane, Queensland amongst Irrigear Member Stores and Platinum Suppliers.
